Tasmanian Mobile Kitchen
I was led to start Tasmanian Mobile Kitchen, because of the passion I have for cooking and baking. I started cooking at the age of 13 with my mother’s guidance. She taught me how to measure ingredients, without a recipe, and how to be creative. I took her teachings and started creating recipes with practice, experimentation, and using my imagination to explore the distinguished flavors of foods and desserts.
I finally decided to use my passion and skills by operating a mobile kitchen that serves the DFW area. The mobile kitchen industry is a fast paced food service that allows me flexibility to move to different locations, faster service, and to provide quality foods for customer satisfaction.
Our main focus is to satisfy our customers with great service and to provide quality foods. We want everyone to have a great experience, so they will continue to support our business. Tasmanian Mobile Kitchen has a great food menu at an economical price. We cater special events, birthday parties, weddings and quinceanera parties upon request.
